The SZL-type 40t/h coal-fired chain grate boiler was designed and developed for the Hebi Tianlong Noodle Industry Co., Ltd. project. With a rated evaporation capacity of 40t/h, this boiler operates stably, exceeding its designed efficiency, and is simple and convenient to operate. It features low nitrogen emission environmental protection and high efficiency energy saving, meeting national environmental protection and energy saving requirements. The boiler's design and production commenced in June 2019, and it was successfully put into operation in October 2019. Boiler energy efficiency testing was conducted and a relevant report issued. Environmental performance testing was also completed and a relevant report issued, both meeting project requirements.
