  The DZL(H) series steam and hot water boilers are single-drum, longitudinally-placed, three-pass fire-tube boilers. They utilize new technological advancements, featuring a support-free, low-stress arched tube plate and a highly efficient energy-saving furnace arch. Independent wind chamber air supply ensures uniform horizontal and reasonable longitudinal distribution. The furnace is equipped with light tube water walls on both sides, and the two-wing type flue gas passages serve as convective heating surfaces. The drum incorporates unique threaded smoke tubes, enhancing heat transfer and improving heat exchange efficiency by over 30%, and featuring an in-furnace self-dust removal function. The lower part of the boiler houses the combustion equipment, using a lightweight chain grate stoker, equipped with a feeder, ash remover, and an advanced operation control system. This achieves mechanized feeding, combustion, ash removal, and automatic water supply control, along with automatic alarming and interlocking protection for abnormal operating conditions.

  The DZL(H) series coal-fired steam and hot water boilers are newly designed and manufactured energy-efficient boilers. They are characterized by ease of operation, safety and reliability, stable operation, strong coal adaptability, good combustion, sufficient output, fast heating and pressure rise, compact structure, easy maintenance, small footprint, complete factory assembly, short installation cycle, and low infrastructure investment.
