
This new energy-efficient and environmentally friendly pulverized coal industrial boiler is a third-generation new energy-efficient and environmentally friendly industrial pulverized coal boiler jointly developed by our company, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai University of Technology, etc. It has the advantages of high efficiency, environmental protection, energy saving, and strong coal adaptability.

◆ Centralized pulverized coal supply: Pulverized coal is centrally ground and uniformly supplied by the pulverizing plant, ensuring stable pulverized coal quality.
◆ Friendly working environment: The entire system operates in a closed manner, with automatic coal feeding, centralized ash removal, and no dust leakage.
◆ Simple boiler start-up and shutdown: The boiler system can be started and stopped instantly. It takes 30 seconds to cut off the ignition source and enter normal operation; the boiler can be shut down by cutting off the pulverized coal supply.
◆ High efficiency and energy saving: Pulverized coal combustion is complete, boiler heat exchange is good, the excess air coefficient is small, and the system efficiency is high.
◆ Clean emission: The pulverized coal boiler can implement in-furnace desulfurization. The burner adopts a low-temperature air classification design, the combustion temperature field is uniform, avoiding local high temperatures, and the SO2 and NOx content generated during the combustion process is low. Without any denitrification equipment, the original emission of nitrogen oxides ≤200mg/Nm³; flue gas uses a bag filter, and the dust emission concentration is low; the fly ash collected by the bag filter is discharged through a closed system for centralized treatment and utilization, with no secondary pollution.
◆ Reasonable arrangement of burners for rapid fuel ignition: A good furnace air dynamic field ensures uniform heat load on each wall; it is necessary to ensure good flame filling in the furnace and reduce the stagnant zone of the airflow, while avoiding flame impingement on the wall and slagging.
◆ The furnace has sufficient volume and height to ensure the residence time of the fuel in the furnace and complete combustion.
◆ Appropriate evaporative heating surfaces can be arranged to meet the boiler capacity requirements: The flue gas temperature at the furnace outlet is appropriate to ensure that the furnace outlet and subsequent heating surfaces do not slag and operate safely.
◆ The furnace structure is compact, with less metal and other materials; it is easy to manufacture, install, operate, and maintain.
◆ Reasonable boiler layout, the overall layout of the boiler is neat and compact. The layout of the furnace and the tail heating surface is coordinated and unified, and the boiler appearance is beautiful and generous. It can ensure the continuous, reliable, and safe operation of the supplied products.
