Liquefied natural gas (LNG) refueling stations receive LNG via LNG tank trucks. The LNG is then pressurized using an unloading booster and transferred to cryogenic storage tanks. During use, an LNG cryogenic pump pressurizes the LNG to 1.0 MPa, and it is then delivered to vehicles or Dewar flasks via cryogenic pipelines and a refueling machine.
Technical Features
1. Highly integrated, skid-mounted design, small footprint.
2. Depending on the size and type of station, it can be skid-mounted for easy transportation and relocation.
3. Simple process, easy operation, fast refueling speed.
4. Key components use imported original parts; the electrical and instrumentation system is explosion-proof and reliable.
5. Simple and clear human-machine interface, high degree of automation.
L-CNG refueling stations are specifically designed for refueling natural gas vehicles with compressed natural gas (CNG). The process involves transporting LNG to the station for storage. An LNG plunger pump and LNG high-pressure vaporizer convert the LNG into CNG, which is then stored in a gas storage unit. A sequential control panel and CNG dispenser are used to refuel CNG vehicles.
Technical Features
1. Skid-mounted design, small footprint, easy to move and transport.
2. All components use brand-name products, reliable quality, stable operation.
3. Short process pipelines, reducing BOG generation.
4. Optional BOG recovery system available to reduce costs.
